The
Foundation believes that mentoring is one of the most powerful forces for changing human
behavior and unlocking unexpected human potential that can be put into practice at little
cost. Mentoring, however, is not a panacea for success unless there is proper planning,
training, monitoring, and evaluation. There are do's and don'ts that must be observed in
any mentoring program.
The Foundation provides corporations, businesses,
schools, colleges, social service agencies and other organizations with tailor-made
mentoring programs, including the essential nuts-and-bolts training of mentors and
mentees.
Consulting and Design Services
If an organization has specific program design needs,
such as matching mentor/mentee pairs and providing documentation to monitor and evaluate
the mentoring programs, the Foundation can provide this assistance.
